Experience
I have always been dedicated to supporting children and young people, gaining extensive experience with a diverse range of individuals. My previous role in the UK was as a Child Wellbeing Practitioner, where I was trained in Child and Young People's Psychological Therapies.
This role included:
Providing early emotional wellbeing support and emotional regulation skills to children.
Delivering Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to chidren and teens.
Offering evidence-based parenting support to parents dealing with behavioral difficulties, as well as assisting them in addressing their child's fears and worries.
Facilitating group work for children, offering CBT-based emotional education and support.
Conducting group sessions with children and teens to teach life skills and build emotional resilience.
Collaborating with children and parents to teach and implement co-regulation techniques.
Additional experience:
Providing confidential support to university students through an overnight telephone line.
Offering emotional support and guidance to homeless children (ages 5-18) in New York City.
Serving as a Youth Mentor for Bristol Youth, working with individuals aged 12-17.
Assisting in a Student Support Centre within a mainstream school setting.
Supporting a Learning Intervention Centre for young people unable to engage in mainstream education.
Creating and leading a youth mentoring program.

Qualifications and Trainings
Degree in Psychology BSci from University of Bristol.
NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
Child and Young People's Psychological Therapies - Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
